Renowned gemologist and jewellery designer Farah Khan debuts her first coffee table book on her completion of 25 years in the industry.
On completion of 25 successful years in the jewellery industry, renowned jewellery designer Farah Khan published her book A Bejewelled Life recently at the iconic Mehboob Studios, Mumbai. The heritage venue was dotted with art installations and exhibitions of budding artists whose talent Farah would like to share with the world.
The book takes readers into a world filled with design and art. Three powerful women Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur, Twinkle Khanna author and columnist and industrialist Tanya Godrej Dubash have written forewords.
The book talks about the four inspirations that her label veer towards — Nature, Architecture, Ethics and Love. A Bejewelled Life recreates Farah Khan’s creative space and world, and features works by painters, digital illustrators and photographers. The book is an eloquent presentation of a canvas of colours, themes and works of art for connoisseurs of fine design.
The last section of the book carries some never-seen before images from Farah Khan’s childhood and personal albums.
